The Calendar will allow you to schedule an Open House up to 30 days into the future.   A separate Open House Listing will be required for each date that you want to schedule an Open House.

NetOffer clients will have the 'benefit' of having a photo displayed and a link to their NetOffer property page. NetOffer Clients will also have their Open House placed on the MLS system automatically, however, NetOffer will only placed Open Houses on the MLS a maximum of 7 days into the future at the time of the placement on the NetOffer system. If you want more than one Open House placed on the MLS you will need to list the Open Houses each week for the coming weekend.

NetOffer may contact you to verify the information that you provide.   Open Houses with incomplete or inaccurate information will be deleted from the system.   NetOffer reserves the right to withold use of the Open House Calendar from any user for any reason without explanation.
